1. About these terms

electronicsfrenzy.com is operated by Electronics Frenzy, 150 Elgin Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 1L4, Canada. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and disputes fall to the courts of Ontario.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if pricing or product information was listed in error, if we cannot verify payment, or if we reasonably suspect fraudulent or resale activity. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout at 13%. Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed. We take care with product details, but if a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order before shipping.

4. Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Electronics Frenzy. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard Shipping takes 3–7 business days and Express Shipping takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, and is free on standard shipping for orders over $75. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and warranty

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition, as set out in our Returns policy. Every product carries a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid exposure, misuse or unauthorised repair. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Use of this website

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, not to interfere with its operation, and not to scrape or copy its content for commercial purposes. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under it. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Electronics Frenzy name, logo, product names, site design, text, photography and code are owned by Electronics Frenzy and protected by copyright and trade-mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

9. Accuracy of content

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, images and stock levels accurate. Colours may vary between screens, and specifications may be updated by manufacturers. If a product you receive materially differs from its description, contact support and we will make it right.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Electronics Frenzy's total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or loss of use. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites, such as carrier tracking pages or our social media profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
