Returns & Refunds

Our policy

You may return any Electronics Frenzy product within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned unused and in original condition, including all packaging, cables and accessories that came in the box. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

How to start a return

• Email support@electronicsfrenzy.com with your order number and the item you're returning.
• We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
• Pack the item in its original box and attach the label.
• Drop the parcel at any carrier location.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives we inspect it within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued immediately to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank. We refund the product price and any tax paid; original express shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want — this is faster than waiting for an exchange to be processed.

Faulty or damaged products

If a product arrives damaged or fails within its 2-year warranty, email support with your order number and a photo or short description of the problem. We cover return shipping on faulty items and send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Items we can't accept

• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
• Products showing wear beyond reasonable inspection, or with missing accessories.
• Products damaged by misuse, liquid exposure or unauthorised repair.
