Shipping Information

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day usually leave the same day. We do not process or ship on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays.

Delivery speeds and rates

• Standard Shipping — $7.95: 3–7 business days after dispatch. Free on all orders over $75.
• Express Shipping — $16.95: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are counted in business days from the day the parcel leaves our warehouse, not from the day you order.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75 before tax. The discount is applied automatically in the cart — there is no code to enter.

Where we ship

We ship across Canada and to the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. International deliveries take 5–12 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. You can also use our Track Order page, or see every order under Order History.

Delayed or missing parcels

If tracking has not updated for five business days, email support@electronicsfrenzy.com with your order number. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be located, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct details; a second shipping charge applies.
